Dispute Resolutions

 

  • Event disputes arise between the planning parties from time-to-time;
  • As a PPS subscriber the dissatisfaction/s can be chronicled by The MICE Academy and discussed with the disputed party;
  • All documentation is taken into account and the PPS subscriber’s requested outcomes duly obtained – where agreed upon – in accordance with the Professional Planner Standards;
  • The purpose of the dispute resolution service is to raise the planning standards to a higher level and ensure more ongoing effective planning is undertaken.
